"This changes everything," I remember thinking after hearing the pronouncement of the Chinese mystic just outside of Shenzhen. What does this have to do with your tale? Not much, except that my wife and I are now back on the grid, in the matrix, where ones and zeros stream down around the periphery of vision as we look out over the mountains of Taipei, only occasionally mentioning Texas, which for us was a failed state inside of a failed state. It is good to know that other digital gypsies roam the earth, click, and one day we might meet somewhere on the Silk Road to Happy Destiny.
